The first shareholders' council was formed by:

  • President : Charles Warner
  • Vice-president : David Gilette
  • Second Vice President : John Maysenholder
  • Treasurer : Robert Blake
  • Directors : Georges Sylvestre, Hugh Brown, Lew Jenne, Cliff Boudreau, Marcel Beaudet, Bruce Allanson, Lloyd Humbert and Paul Léger.

Three important stages marked its development:

  • 1965 : Opening of the first nine holes (3,315 yards) under the name Lennoxville Golf and Country Club Inc on Mill Bay Road near Huntingville.
  • 1969 : Opening of the season with 18 holes (6685 yards).
  • 2003 : Installation of an irrigation system.
